I always thought that wearing spandex swimwear was something only those Greek god types of guys would do in public. You know the ones that I am talking about; they spend all of their free time looking in mirrors and flexing every muscle they have. Seeing men with spray on tans walking down the beach in spandex was something that I always wondered about, and then I actually tried my own spandex and saw why they did it. Actually, I didn’t see much because I don’t have a mirror that big, but I did experience what they must be feeling when they are walking down the beach.
Spandex swimwear is one of the most comfortable item I have ever placed on my body, and I constantly find myself asking why I haven’t been wearing them all the time. It seems like something this comfortable would be a given as much time as I tend to spend on the beach. But I always found myself wearing those tacky trunks that everyone else is wearing. I figured that there would be a day when I would be able to wear something different, but it wasn’t until I finally made myself change that I found spandex. That was the moment when I realized that there is nothing else in this world that I would rather wear.
I have been wearing men’s spandex swimwear for a long time now and I don’t have that Greek god body that all those other guys have. In fact, I’m not even close to being that way. But I do get a lot of attention from all the people that see me on beach and most of it is pretty flattering. I might try to get a better body someday but, for now, I will focus on the amount of fun I can have instead. After all, without fun, there isn’t any reason to work hard on a body.
